Trying to play along, the fingering for measure#13 is clearly wrong, that would dislocate a few fingers!

Seeing as the previous chord is an E minor starting on E at 14 and these are triads (not 7ths), I think the F# dim is supposed to start on F# at 16: 16-14-13-16.
It can also be 19-17-16-16, but that skips the F# root and is an F#m7 flat5 instead of simple diminished triad.

I have studied music theory for some time. The problem has been that whenever I learned something new, it created more questions. Recently I started indepth study of chords and chord substitution. I take lessons from a guitar teacher, but all he does is answer my questions. Youtube abounds with information about this subject but eventually I ended up using several Youtube videos from several sources. It won't be hard to use this information to modify some banjo licks.
