Mike's Mute Mike's Mute submitted 7/17/2008 Submitter wildboar (see all reviews from this person) Where Purchased July 2008 Overall Comments When I ordered this I quickly got a response from Mike confirming my order had been received and that it would ship the next day. This thing is great, not just for practicing when others are around, but because the normal volume of my banjo is very loud and it bothers my ears to practice for long periods of time. The mute is well made, easy to use, and it comes with a little drawstring pouch to keep it in so you don't have metal bouncing around in your banjo case. The mute can reduce the sound of my banjo to something similar to an electric guitar that isn't plugged in. This is the best money I've spent since my first 'How to Play Banjo' book. Now, does anyone want to buy this clothespin and a rubber band I'm not using any more? ;-) Overall Rating 9
