The 28th annual FOTMC will be held MARCH, 13 & 14, 2009. This year’s Guest of Honor will be Laura Boosinger “the Songbird of the Smokies”, her enchanting vocals and strong old time banjo style will make for an event you won’t want to miss.
Contests are held in many old time acoustic instruments including Fiddle, Old Time Banjo, and Old Time Singing. Beginning Fiddle and Old Time Banjo contests are also offered. There will be a workshop on old time backup guitar.
